new to meguiars line

well sorry to say im new to meg just about six months now. use to be a armall guy .im the type that takes his time in trying new stuff but once iv tried meg.i was hooked.my first was the leather wipes and wow..... just a few months ago i got the meg kit ...it in cludes the soft wash the hot shine for the tires the hot rims, thegold clss wax,the quik detailer....and the other day i got themeg. goldclass protectain.......and all i can say is wow this stuff is good .......but im dissapointed in the hot shine tire spray it seems the shine dont semm to last long so i got the meg. glodclass endurance highgloss and that makes a big diff...

Thats good to here... I have a garage full of Meguiars stuff and wouldn't give it up for anything! I have used some of armoralls products, they work but Meguiars is a step above!

One product that you mentioned is Endurance... that gets a from me. Holds up very well to rain and even a carwash or two.

No question that the tire gels like endurance provide longer protection. What you may want to try is the following:

Clean the tires really well. (I understand that the new tire cleaner is excellent)

Apply a coat of Endurance.
Lightly wipe off any excess.
Let it sit for a few hours or overnight.
Apply the Hot Shine.

That way, even when the Hot Shine start wearing off, the tires still look good. Usually, you can just give them a light cleaning and apply more Hot Shine.

After a month or so, repeat the above process.
