mold or mildew spots on pads

Iam very careful about cleaning my da buffing pads after every use. I let them dry for about 3 days before i put them back into a bag that is not completely sealed. Well, i looked at them today and i noticed that one of the pads had some mold or mildew on the foam and the velcro backing pad. My question is what is the best way to clean this off? i tried dawn and simple green and that did not work. Has anyone tried bleach on something like this? Would bleach effect the foam on the pad or the glue that holds the velcro to the foam? thanks

Dont think bleach should hurt... though you really just need to kill the mold, may not remove all the color from it.
