im looking for it to be soft because the clear coat on my wheels is soft, i need it small and flexible. i have to clean my wheels from underneath the car because the gaps between the spokes are tight.

try a 1-1/2" to 2" paint brush with the bristles cut shorter (if needed) and wrap duct tape around the metal portion to prevent scratching of the rims.

Have you tried a Daytona Speed Master Jr Brush or Boars Head brush?

Have you tryed an acid based wheel cleaner? You might not need a brush.

andid rather use a brush then a acid based cleaner, my calipers and drums are painted and i heard the acid might effect the paint.
