im looking for it to be soft because the clear coat on my wheels is soft, i need it small and flexible. i have to clean my wheels from underneath the car because the gaps between the spokes are tight.

try a 1-1/2" to 2" paint brush with the bristles cut shorter (if needed) and wrap duct tape around the metal portion to prevent scratching of the rims.Don
