  • DC Wash

Someone just bought me a 64 oz bottle of DC (Deep Crystal) car Wash. My usual car wash is GC and UWW.

I read that this DC is inferior to GC; or should I say most people prefer GC than DC.
How does it fits in Meguiar's line of car wash products?

    Re: DC Wash

    It's fine to use.
It's the least expensive of the washes.
I used it for years with no problems.
    It's still a Meguiar's product.

i used 2-3 bottles of DC wash and found it to be very good, no significant difference to GC ...just easy on the wallet

We do not see the difference between DC and GC probably because we wash and wax our cars often.

I certainly see a difference but DC is just cheaper and if using good technique, it cleans just fine with no issues. I also like to use it on the wheels and tires when I don't need dawn because its cheap.

This is sort of like saying a Mercedes C Class is inferior to a Mercedes S Class because it's less expensive. It's still a perfectly fine car, and in many ways a much better vehicle than many others on the market. It just isn't as premium a package as the S Class, that's all.

I think that the Gold Class suds up more than Deep Crystal does, but it is still a very good car wash. It was my go to car wash for many years till I switched over to Gold Class. I actually prefer the smell of Deep Crystal over Gold Class. I wouldn't have any hesitation to use a jug of Ddep Crystal.
