  • Alcohol used to remove polishing oils???

    Hey guys, I was just wondering what kind of alcohol/solution do you use when removing polishing oils before applying LSP?I am going to use ultimate compund and swirl x on a clear coated car, and then follow up with two coats of nxt tech 2.0, for this combo do i even need to rub the car down with alcohol?your help would be greatly appreciated

    You could after the UC if you wanted to check your work. Usually 50:50 IPA and water if you do.

    But other than that, the Nxt 2.0 (and all Meguiars waxes) does not need polishing oils removed.
