Hi guys,
I've just had a splitter painted and fitted to my E63 BMW. I think the colour match is good (silver grey) but it is so so shiny compared to the bumper. It's really noticeable and looks a lot lighter than the rest of the paintwork. The splitter was painted off the car and then bonded on by the bodyshop. What options do I have to match up the shiny lacquer with the older less shiny lacquer of the bumper?
Is this a common problem with newly painted panels? Sorry this is probably a silly question but I don't have much experience with paintwork detailing.
Thanks for any advice!
