  • Hot Tea spilt- stained stitching in seat

So wife and I went to starbucks. The cup ended up collapsing on itself with hot tea in it. Resulting in a full cup of hot tea falling directly onto my passenger side front seat (and my wife, luckily she is ok, no burns). They are VW leatherette (corn silk beige with black), perforated.

I had a sweatshirt in the car so I was able to soak up most of the tea quickly. But whatever was left ended up staining the stitching and the few fabric pieces exposed.

What are my options to bring the stitching back to the original color.

Original is hard to say... but something like APC / APC+ is always a good place to start if you have some.

More of a blotting, not rubbing technique.

      man that's a tough one
I use a brown out (forgot the name)
but there are products out there that are desighned for tea and coffee or brown stains
I find these products at Janatorial Supply Stores
