Meguiars Glass Towels

Hello, I purchased 2 of the Meguiars Glass Towels. These are the best towels I have used to clean the glass in any car or truck. However, I just washed 1 of them and it is falling apart. I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else. Thanks

I have not heard of this one yet but what I want you to do is to call Customer Care first thing in the morning at 1-800-347-5700 and tell that what happened and they'll take care of you.

Any updates? I'm very interested in these towels but a little wary about them disintegrating like that.

I talked to customer service about the problem and they sent me a new towel. I have two more of the same towels and haven't had a problem. Like I said these are the best towels I have ever used to clean my glass. I wouldn't thick twice about buying more!!
