I'm going to buy the following items, so I want to know whether these items compatible with each other or not.

Meguiar's D.A. Buffer Backing Plates 5



Meguiar's 6.5 Inch Soft Buff Polishing Pad



Meguiar's 6.5 Inch Soft Buff Cutting Pad



And I would be happy to hear your opinions.

The backing plate is not, you should be looking for a rotary backing plate. The DA backing plate is for the G-100, the rotary has a 5/8" female adapter built in. If you look on meg's online store they have an awesome 6.5" pad kit (W-DAV99) 2 polishing pads and 1 finishing pad for a price that beats anything I've seen. They also have the correct rotary backing plate (W-64).
