  • ScratchX: Must I "always" work until it looks as you have almost run out of product?

    Is this a must?
"3. Work the product against the finish until it looks as you have almost run out of product."

In case there is not so tough defect to remove, do I still work in the product so much?
If I do not work it in enough, do I get scratches because the diminishing abrasives do not break down?

    ps
How much more aggressive is ScratchX than #9?

    Hi there.

Take a look at this thread and Mike's response.

scratch x as a paint cleaner

So i guess the answer is yes you can vary the amount of work depending on the amount of time and pressure applied with ScrathcX.

As for #9 and ScratchX. ScratchX is very effective by hand. #9 is pretty mild in my experience with it.
