    Is there anything that can fix this problem:

    It's the clear coat failing. You will have to have the wheel refinished.

      Sorry! But it does indeed look like the clear coat on the rim is failing. They will need to be refinished.

        Thanks for your reply guys,

        I have tried to rub the defect ,it can be removed with very hard rubbing with multi polish application. but also I discovered that when I finish rubbing it and the defect is gone the shine of the wheel ( the clear coat ) is also removed with the defect!!!

        So is there any gentle procedure or product that can remove it safely??

          same thing is happening with mine.


          here is a place you can get refinshed rims from even chromed if you want. I love the look of my rim, so when I get mine done I'm going to have them chromed.
