Re: clay for glass
I've used Meg's Clay Bar Kit without any concerns. Just ensure the glass has been washed with soap and water and then dried. I have noticed that you may need a little more lubricant on glass than you do on vehicle paint. Just my observation.

Re: clay for glass
interesting i will defintely do some playing around with different things i will say one time i did get a good amount of splatter on my windshield from waxing with a rotary so i just applied more (properly , thin coat ) and buffed off and it seemed to bead water off. but basicly is that what rainx and the like are wax for glass

Yeah you could say that. I personally use Rain-X without any issues. I also UQW the windows when I spray wax which is usually weekly or slightly longer. I probably apply Rain-X once every other month to only the front window on my truck just to keep the water beading at its max. The sides bead water no problem at all with just UQWAlways searching for the best....Keep it country!
