Rims

[After Burn]

Hey guys i have a question I have a Subaru STi 2011 with factory painted brake calibers and it want to clean the rims where the the junk from the dilvery protection stickers have gotten all smudged .....I've tried by hand but theres still these little spots that won't come off what product should I use? I'm scared that I'll desroy the logos and paint on the calibers cause everything out there says dont use on painted calibers
