can these products be layered?

every so often my car gets a nice paint treatment and its getting close to that time. well the last time i clayed, Ultimate compounded, ultimate polished, then finished with nxt 2.0 liquid by hand and liked the results but felt like i could get more of a deep wet look with my paint. well for my birthday i was given a meguiars complete car care kit that came with the new gold class plus carnuba wax and what im wondering and hoping, and is the main reason i registered here, is:

1. is the gold class plus a pure carnuba wax or is it a blend of carnuba plus synthetic polymers

and

2. can it be safely layered over the nxt 2.0 or is it one or the other?

1. All Meguiars waxes have something synthetic in them. Gold Class will be a blend.

Some people say thay see a difference... some dont.. just a personal choice kind of thing.
