I'm working on my wife's Escape,a daily driver, I wash, clay. Then used UC with a orange pad. Now I'm using M205 with a White pad. Paint's looking good. Now for the waxes, I have Meguiars #12, XMT 360 AIO, NXT Tech Wax, GC Liquid. Also have #7 Glaze and #26 wax. With all the work I've done I don't know what's the best to do. What would you suggest?

Re: Which wax would you use?
From the products you've listed and depending on how much more time/effort you're prepared to put in, I'd suggest either:
- #7 followed by #26 if it's a dark coloured vehicle and you have the time;
- #26 only if it's a dark coloured vehicle and you don't have the time;
- NXT only if it's a light coloured vehicle.Originally posted by BluelineI own a silver vehicle and a black vehicle owns me. The black one demands attention, washing, detailing, waxing and an occasional dinner out at a nice restaurant. The silver one demands nothing and it looks just fine. I think the black vehicle is taking advantage of me, and the silver car is more my style. We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

If durability is your number one criteria, then NXT wins hands down out of the list you mentioned. The rest are really going to come down to personal preference, but Gold Class is pretty terrific on dark colors all by itself, while NXT can give a very bright look to light colors.Michael Stoops

I wouldn't say they "work better". It's more based on personal preference with regard to the way they look on different colours.Originally posted by BluelineI own a silver vehicle and a black vehicle owns me.
