  • Jean stains on leather

My friend has jean stains on his beige leather seats (VW Eos).

I use Gold Class Rich Leather Spray (clean and condition) to maintain my black leather seats. Not sure if it is strong enough to clean these blue stains but I will try. If it does not work, what should I use next?

My car seats are usually clean. They are black so I use a foam pad.

To remove stains for beige seats, should I use a foam pad or MF?

I use Ivory bar soap and a brush, dry them and put conditioner on.

If the product you currently have doesn't quite do the job, and it is a very mild cleaner, you should then step up to the Gold Class Leather & Vinyl Cleaner. That's a fairly new product and it's a dedicated cleaner so you'll need to apply a dressing after. Just remember; no matter what product you're using never scrub the leather for any length of time as the mechanical action between the applicator (especially terry cloth) and the stained surface can remove the factory applied coating - and potentially the dye used to color the surface.

OK. I will try to remove the stains with a MF and GC Rich Leahter Spray.

If it does not work, I will suggest the Gold Class Leather & Vinyl Cleaner. After the cleaner, should he use the GC Rich Leather Spray to condition the surface?
