  • Tire Dressing Question

This is probably the stupidest question ever asked about a tire dressing but after reading THIS i am kind of worried, could one of the more experienced guyes comment on that cause the last thing i want to do is to stain my paint.

That does happen. The stains are most common on white and silver painted cars.

You can pervent it in two ways-1 use a quality product, 2 use it properly.

One additional way to prevent it is to wipe the tires down with a cloth after you have allowed the dressing to air dry. This will ensure that any excess dressing is removed from the surface, thus preventing any slinging.

With any tire dressing it is important to make sure to go back after it has been allowed to air dry and wipe off the excess. It just prevents having to remove sling later.

I have been using endurance 4-5 years now, three of the years I used it on a white S10 Xtreme and never saw any stains. As others said just to be safe wipe the excess off and you are set.
