    convertible top cleaner

    I have a Mustang GT convertible and I project to clean it with G2016 , Can I just clean it or if I need to protect it with another product after?


    Do you know if Meguiar's have another product just like a soft soap to clean my convertible top without protect it after?

    If the top is vinyl you can use our Ultimate Protectant after cleaning it. If it's a fabric/canvas roof then at the moment we don't have a dedicated protectant for it, sorry.

      Would APC work well if one had a whole lot of that around and none of the other?

        APC would be more than fine for either a vinyl or canvas top. With a canvas top you'd want to use a 10:1 dilution ratio and make sure to fully rinse the product out of the fabric, then allow the top to fully dry before applying any sort of protectant.
