  • Using Tornado Cleaning Gun with Detailer All Purpose?

Hi Guys! First post over here... Greetings from Costa Rica, a small country that loves Meguiar's!

I use to the Detailers line All Purpose to do some interior detailing, this is a very good product but sometimes its a little bit difficult to reach areas and im looking for a fast and effective way to get the work done.

So I found this, the Tornado Cleaning Gun, its a gun that uses aire preassure from a compresor, and seems pretty good, the thing is that you CANT use water pressure in the interior because you need a dry finish, so air pressure seems ok, you can use a wet/dry vacuum but it takes too much time, besides this seems to be nice way to spread the "all purpose"... I know that i'll not going to have a totally dry finish at the end, but its going to reduce the time with the vacuum

Someone have ever tried this? Seems cool but it really works?

    Here is a video!

    Welcome to Meguiar's Online.

It works really good. Renny Doyle did the car interior class during Detail Fest 2012 and I've got my hands on Tornador. You could use either All Purpose Cleaner or All Purpose Cleaner Plus.

Air compressor requirements: at least 90 psi, 20 gallons, otherwise it won't work effectively.

The guns are great. I have two; the original and a newer black model. One set up for interior cleaning with APC+ at 10:1 and the other for exterior with stronger ratio of cleaner. Definitely worth the money as really speeds up the cleaning process!
