Ultimate compound and Water

Hello all,

I would be grateful if you guys help me on my question here, specially Michael Stoops.

Since the Ultimate compound produces dust, In order to avoid the dust; can i use few mists of water/detailer as i go on compounding?

If you're getting a lot of dust with Ultimate Compound you are most likely using too much product and also not cleaning your pads regularly. Try backing down on the amount of product you use first. If you're still getting a lot of dust then it's perfectly fine to use an occasional spray of water as a supplemental wetting agent if you must.
