Re: Some Question D300 Vs M105

We would put those combos in the following order, from most to least aggressive:

    D300 + MF cutting pad
    M105 + LC yellow
    M105 + LC orange

You mentioned the 6" MF disc, is that because you're using a Flex 3401? If not, you really should be using the 5" MF discs on a DA buffer.

As for the number of cars you can correct with 32 oz of anything, that's always going to depend on how bad the defects are and therefore how many passes you need to make to fully correct the finish. You're always going to use more of a cutting compound than a finishing polish or wax so obviously we can't compare those types of products. But you'll probably use between 4 and 8 ounces of compound to do a full sized car, depending on severity of defects and your usage of product.

      Thanks for answer Mr.Stoops
No, in fact I'm using Meguiars 220V2 DA Polisher, sadly, Meguiars in my country didn't import 5" pad, but only 6" , but i'm still trying to make them change their mind , since very very few people in my country using Flex force rotation...

Btw, i can use lake country backing plate with this DA MF pad right ? since the pad using micro hook...

      Thanks
