  • Brinkmann or equivalent for New Zealand voltage

    Hi all,
Does anyone know if the Brinkmann is available in a voltage suitable for NZ (ie 220v)?

I have only been able to find US spec versions which means being limited to the 12v car charger. While not the end of the world 80% of the time it would be much better to be able to plug into mains power when needed (especially for the recommended initial 8 hour charge!)

Failing that can anyone recommend alternative product(s)?

    Cheers

    Stephen

I bought the US (110v) version a while ago.

I then found a 240V transformer which I had lying around in the shed with the same plug as the stock 110v one supplied, the same output voltage (9v from memory) and similar current output.

My Brinkmann has been working great since day one!

We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.
