New to All Purpose Cleaners!

Hey Everyone,

I am very new to the whole all purpose cleaner thing. We were raised to clean every surface with windex which I am excitedly transitioning from. After I found out it didn't heal cuts faster, I gave up on it. JK! No, I'm looking for something I can use to clean interior vinyl, cloor mats carpet and rubber, upholstery. Pretty much something that could clean most everything except probably the engine. I have seen some names tossed around, but seeing if anyone recommends just a good solid all purpose cleaner to get started.
