Soooo.. what pads are we using?

now that im getting back into detailing.. (hard to beat cold hard cash) i bought the griots 3 and 6 inch machines. (sorry megs..they were cheaper lol) so what kinda pads are we keepin in the detail-folio? I got a arsenal of chemicals, waxes, washes etc.. might as well stock up! Im leaning towards lake country stuff, but ill take any advice into consideration. Thanks!

I like the Meguires cuz they're soft n fuzzy. Pretty huggable to ..

I've had great results using Lake Country. Thanks to RPPM I've been able to procure the CCS and the flats by LC.

I use the meguiars pads with my GG6.

In addition to the Megs MF pads, I have the Uber foam. Don't know about the glass problem.

im sure ill get the meguiars pads to put wax and polish on, but i wasnt sure about the heavy cut stuff.

I got the 5" Meguiar's MF cutting pads for compounding, then 5.5" low-profile Lake Country tangerine and crimson Hydrotechs for polishing and finishing. Also some 5.5" flat black LC pads for LSP application. I'd have gone Meguiar's all the way, but they don't make 5.5" foam pads, so...

I'm actually pondering on getting a DA.

A lot of people have different views on it.

These are all 6.5 inch pads by CCS. Whats the difference between the 5/5.5 inch ones anyway?

I'm importing from overseas so I do need to know which one is the best suited lol.
