A noobs questions

I bought an and Police Crown Victoria from my local county a few months back and have been taking to the local car wash to have it cleaned *Its been to cold to bother with it*. So, here comes my million dollar questions:

The paint is radically different on the hood where the police decals used to be. There a lot shiny-er then the rest of the hood or car for that matter. is there a way to blend this in with the rest of the car short of shucking out a few hundred bucks to have the hood painted?

There is some hard plastic stuff on the dash, that I am assuming is super glue, any way to remove it with out damaging the dash?

Any tips on cleaning a plastic floor?

Hmm, any pics of the hood, car possible?

Usually, the situation is that the area under decals are closer to original. And so it is actually the rest of the car that needs brought up to that level. Depending on the condition of things, could be a lot of work, esp if working by hand.

Some APC or APC+ would be good for general cleaning of the interior/floor. Just need to spray wipe around, and use some towels to dry it out.

Ill try to get some pictures a little later its not showing in broad day light. If I take my finger and kinda rub the area around it starts to get that shiny too.

Also, there's some big black and yellow thing in the box. Its kinda beet up and has some spongy like pad on it.

The first 2 show it before I rubbed it. I rubbed it in the middle, where the 2 collect. It was gone within the hour.

Looks like the rest of the area is in need of a good cleaning/polish/wax. What products do you have already to work with?

Looks like there is some 2.0 Wax, Deep Crystal Polish, and Some Ult Quick detailer, those are the only things I see for exterior. I think I saw a bottle of Ult Compound around here somewhere.
