so I've been using ultimate wash & wax and got about two more washes worth left and am looking to buy one of those bulk ones and don't know which one to get. Any input would be greatly appreciated

I know at Amazon they have the Megs UWW for $8 a bottle, ADS has the gallon size of GC for $14.99. I have both and really like both alot.
I also have gallon of Megs Hyperwash....1 oz / 5 gallons of water....with that ratio....gonna be a while before i need to buy more wash soap"STRIFE" aka Phil

@Shawn T. what is ONR? sorry I'm a n00b with the acronyms lol
@Murr1525 i usually use a wash and wax but i use last touch daily to keep it fresh. would there be a difference in the shine if i used just a wash w/o the wax?
@Showmob i wax every 3 mnths and i thought that was often. do you wax after every wash? i wash leaning more towards hyper wash because of the dilution ratio2009 Cadillac CTS-V Thunder Grey

Re: Running Out Of Wash and Looking For Recomedations
I think what Showmob was getting at is you can buy the hyper wash and use it to the wash the car and use something like UQW or the Detailer line Xpress Synthetic Spray Wax to get the boost your existing protection and gloss. Both of those waxes are spray waxes that won't stain trim, can be used on glass, and can be applied while drying the car - so there's minimal amount of added time to apply - just spray it on each panel before you dry it. I'm switching to that system for my cars at home, just wash with Hyper Wash and every or everyother time I wash hit it with the Xpress Wax to boost what I have on there already.Bob Turkovich

Re: Running Out Of Wash and Looking For Recomedations
No, the qd type sprays just leave behind some oils to make the paint look nice.
The UQD/#135 will leave a little bit of a polymer to help rain run off.
The UQW/ Xpress Spray Wax will leave some actual wax behind, and certainly more than the car soap would.
It is so easy to dry while using the spray waxes, it is almost silly not to.
As far as the soap to use before it, that is up to you. Gold Class is pretty top of the line, and usually pretty cheap ($/oz) when on sale at different stores.
HyperWash is definitely cheapest to use... not sure if it cleans quite as well, or looks quite as good after.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue

Re: Running Out Of Wash and Looking For Recomedations
ok so im gonna get the synthetic spray wax and prolly just stick with the ultimate wash & wax. one more question and i know its a lil off topic but i'm also running out of wax and have been using the nxt tech wax 2.0 any suggestions on that? was thinking about the ultimate liquid wax. and which is better gold or ultimate because i've always thought ultimate was top of the line in consumer2009 Cadillac CTS-V Thunder Grey

Re: Running Out Of Wash and Looking For Recomedations
The Gold Class is a carnauba product, while the Ult. and Nxt are synthetic products.
The Ult. Wax, esp liquid, applies a little differently, so some people have been getting more smearing, etc. Just takes a little practice really, and seems to last a good long time, esp when used with UQW after washes.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue

yea i like nxt but i have to go over the car a few times to get it all off but its no biggie. i was reading around and saw that some people will put gold class down first and then go over with nxt. whats your opinion on that?2009 Cadillac CTS-V Thunder Grey

Re: Running Out Of Wash and Looking For Recomedations
Ultimate wax is a fully synthetic sealant that will last longer than GC, however, GC may look slightly nicer than UW. If you want the best of both worlds, you could always put down some UW and then top it off with GC. Looks and durability
