    Assuming you were actually trying to leave a wax layer behind, you would want to apply, let dry like a wax for 15 minutes or so, then remove.

    If you are going to apply "2 coats of wax" like we often would, you would want the second step to be a regular wax like Nxt, etc.

      Cleaner WAX is just a WAX that has some polishing agents in it to give it some CLEANING abilities. So you treat it as a WAX and not a polish.
