    Does doing this give you better results and is it more commonly done on clear coated rims than non-coated rims?

    You certainly can clay your rims. Just make sure you wash them thoroughly first.

    You can them polish and/or wax/seal them if you wish.

      Okay will have to try this on clear coated and pure aluminum rims have you notice any better results by doing this or does it just make it easier to wax them.

        I'll clay and use a paint cleaner once a year-ish on the wheels... certainly looks good after.
