@SVT: yeah, i will be feedback-ing (just made that word up..) to the dealers to let them know. It was probably done in the dark/indoors. Just looked at the car in a shaded driveway and it looks brilliantly glossy and has a nice deep black . its only when you look at certain angles or in direct sun does the defects show up. havent had time to get it done yet but will do this weekend. Has got the required products on hand now.. will try and upload "after" pics once done.
