  • Help w/ 2011 Dodge Challenger

Hey folks! I recently purchased a Dodge Challenger, but have no. Lie how to enhance/protect its shine.

There are so many Meguiar products, I have no clue where to start! Also, I noticed some sort of resin on the side of my car so I foolishly used tw heavy duty compound to remove it. Do now I'm the proud owner of a micro-marred door - any idea how to get this unsightly mark off the vehicle?

Congrats on that sweet ride! Do you have any pictures of it?

I would start off by reading this article: Meguiar's 5-Step Paint Care Cycle. That article should help you get started on what products and what's the right process to wash, polish and maintain your vehicle making it look its best.

What products do you have right now? Are you planning to work by hand or by using a dual action polisher?

Are the only swirls in that one area? If so, some ScratchhX would be ok for that area. Other than that, a new car shouldnt need too much. I like:

      1. Wash - Gold Class soap, 2 buckets, Grit Guards, good towel, sponges.
      2. Clay - Smooth Surface Clay kit
      3. ColorX
      4. Wax - Ultimate Wax, or Nxt 2.0
2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue

Reading through Meguiar's 5-Step Paint Care Cyclewill certainly help you out. Since you're just up the road in Long Beach why not come down for one of our Saturday Classes and get some hands on training?

Wonderful! I actually enrolled in the class later this month. I'm anxious to see how my car will look in the buffer.

I agree with murr1525 and I'm sure you'll have a good time at Meguiars Saturday class as Mike mentioned. Oh and congrats on an awesome ride!
