  • SwirlX and Ultimate Compound.

Hi, I want to remove the swirls on my car (white civic 03) and I recently bought the swirlX and the Ultimate Compund so, the thing is can I mix them and use them together or should I use the separatly?
    Thanks.

    Separately.

You should do test spots with each product, but most likely will use UC for removing the swirls.

You may need to follow up with SwirlX if the UC left any marring, or can just save SwirlX for your mild cleaner next time.

In the spring, I plan to use SwirlX on my cars as I detected some swirls.....Murr, would you not try the milder product 1st?

You really don't want to mix the two. Normally we would reach for the UC first (doing a test spot, of course!) but since this is a Honda Civic and we've seen so many of these with really delicate paint, we'd opt for the SwirlX for our initial test spot here.

Like I said, test spots of both. You dont do the whole car with the milder product, and then find it didnt work.

But if working by hand, I would expect the UC.

Working by DA, SwirLX could be all you need then. Or maybe UC still.
