As I get more into detailing I seem to be acquiring a few of everything, so I'm curious what everyone would pick if they had to scale back to just one product for each job.

Wash: Gold Class
Clay: Meguiars Mild Blue Clay
Compound: Ultimate Compound
Polish: Ultimate Polish
Wax/Sealant: Ultimate Wax

Tire Cleaner: APC+
Wheel Cleaner: I just use the car wash solution
Interior Cleaner: APC+
Trim Dressing: All Season Dressing
Interior Dressing: Natural Shine Protectant
Tire Dressing: Endurance Tire Gel
Spray Detailer: Last Touch
Spray Wax: Haven't used any yet.
Clay Lube: Last Touch 1:1

DA: Griots Garage 6" Polisher
Pads: Lake Country Hydrotechs

Granted I haven't used a tremendous amount of different products yet, but I do have some clear favorites based on some of the things that I have tried.
