I applied some touch up paint to three small areas on my car this past Sunday night. I'm wanting to wash the car with Wash & Wax tonight, is that too soon? I know I'm not supposed to use actual wax for 30 days, but am not sure about the Wash & Wax. Thanks!

I have done a full wax detail on my car only a couple of hours after doing a tiny toothpick spot touch up. No issues whatsoever. If the three areas that you touched up are that small size, then I would wax away. The 30 day thing is for a whole panel or whole car paint jobs.
