Swirls on 08 Cadillac CTS

Ok so my brother is buying a black 08 CTS. The dealer actually brought it by over the weekend so we can take a look at it. I do not have nay pics yet but immediately you can see some scratches all over the car. The majority of them didn't seem too deep so I am hoping we can get most of them out. Upon getting closer to the car, you can see there are major swirl marks all over the entire car. The original owner (lease) must have ran this thing through a car wash with plastic brushes! My question is does anyone know if cadillac paint is supersoft or will I be ok, after washing and claying, to go right to UC? I am thinking it should be enough to get the swirls and hopefully some of the scratches out. I would follow with UP or M05/M07. Finished with M26. Also, if any scratches are left after UC, what would be my next least aggresive choice? I will be using my PCXP Thanks! Al

Best part is, I asked the salesman, why didn't you guys detail this car before showing it? his response....we did.

I've wanted to detail one of these. The amount of wide open space so often covered with swirls.

Also, the pieces between the front and rear windows on the doors, not sure how to explain it, they are polished aluminum I assume. They are scratched badly as well. Any ideas for removing some scratches or at least make them less visble. Sorry I don't have pics yet as he doesn't have the car yet. I just want have my arsenal ready for when we get a day to bring this car back.
