small dots on the car

Hello im newbie !

also my english is really bad. please kindly understand me

this is my friend's car, here is a lot of random deep scratches , sanding marks , water marks (whole roof)

it's hard to believe that is 09 car !







this is the hood here is a lot of scratches , yeah i dont mind

but, something tiny spots !

I dont know what it is , also my friend doesnt have idea

I did claying this car almost 3hours but it didn't work then gave up to remove this dots and I buffed





UC and signle rotary buff machine

when I spread the UC it's fine, but try to buff and moving the buffer , it's really hard to control even machine was jumped (lowest rpm ~ highest rpm same situation)

and making heat the hood , I was scared

UC was stucking on the tiny dots, barely finished buffing and trying to wpie it out, really hard to clean all UC products are coming out from dots !

Just curious, did you clay-bar the car after washing? You mention sanding marks, was the car left outdoors after it was sanded?

yes, after the wash...im working at carwash
he told me that his wife serviced this car when he left home
I think someone sanded and buffed because there is holograms that looks like buffing marks
