Re: Favorite method for applying Paste Wax via DA Polisher

I use something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Plastic-Putty-.../dp/B001GOVQWK
And then I also use the plastic blade, wrapped in a MF towel, to remove wax from seams, like around lights, trim panel joints, door handles, etc.

But my biggest problem is that it seems that almost all the time I save in applying by machine vs. hand is used up trying to clean the wax out of the pads- and sealants are worse than waxes.. Thinking about just going back to hand for last step products...

How are you cleaning your pads?

We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

Getting the pad cleaned of wax/sealant IS a bear. Do the best you can and just reserve that/those pad(s) only for you LSP.
