I've heard some ppl say wait 12 hours after applying a layer of ultimate detailer, but I've also heard other ppl say you dont have to wait as long. Is 12 hours just to cover all potential environmental conditions such as high humidity etc, so if you are in optimal conditions such as 70 degree dry, cool weather, you might only have to wait say 9 hours.

Re: Ultimate detailer cure time
I think you meant 12-hour cure time for synthetic waxes/ sealants, like NxT Tech Wax 2.0, Ultimate Wax (24 hours is even better) and M21 Synthetic Sealant 2.0 .
Those sealants need this time to fully bond to paint surface.
Quick detailers are just maintenance products for fresh contaminant removal.

Re: Ultimate detailer cure time
Well, UQD is a maintenance product, so you spray it on, spread out with microfiber towel picking up contaminants and wipe off. Done.
It has hydrophobic polymers so you'll see water beading.
UQD won't add as much protection as regular wax or UQW though.
