Do I need to seal with Wax after polishing metal with All Metal Polish ?

Hi, guys,

Do I need to seal with Wax after polishing metal (shiny exhaust tail pipe, wheel nuts etc) with All Metal Polish ? Cuz on the small green All Metal Polish container it says that it seals as well, but someone told me I still need to apply Wax after, for better protection. What should I do ?

And if Wax needed, should I go Cleaner Wax, or Carnauba ?

Well, a wax would be better protection.

But any wax on an exhaust is just going to burn off in a few minutes. And the wheels will wear off more quickly as well.

You can wax these surfaces for additional protection, but as Mat points out, no wax is going to last very long on hot exhaust tips.
