  • First MF System Detail

Well, apparently my post didnt go through on my phone a few hours ago, anyways.

I was planning on using the system on my car first, but my brother wants his 2007 Black Tahoe done, So didnt turn it down, and Monday I will be working on his truck. So since it will be my first MF system detail, and actually first DA detail all together. So is there any pointers? suggestions? I know not to work in the sun, this is the plan....

    Wash
    clay
    D300
    D301
    ULW

So, also probably doing the engine bay. I have the following, Mf system, hyper Dressing, APC Plus, ULW, Ultimate Black Dressing. Glass cleaner, water mag, supreme shine towels. um, quick detailer, tire dressings, and other things as well. I can't think of everything right now. So any ideas, tips, or anything for help would be great.

    Re: First MF System Detail

Your basic premise is right on. Remember to follow the directions with the Microfiber system. What DA do you have? The speed is slightly different depending on what you have.
With the D300, slow arm speed with medium to heavy pressure for 2 to 3 passes, then light pressure for 2-3 passes.
With the D301, your arm speed will be quite a bit faster with lighter pressure.
Remember to keep the pads clean with either a brush or compressed air after every panel!
You will be amazed at the results while you are working.

With using the G110v2, follow the instructions that came in the kit. Speed on 4 with D300 and down to about 2-3 on the D301. Have fun and ENJOY!!!!
