The creamy consistency wasn't caused by the fall most probably. The cracks could have been caused by the fall but if the consistency is soft like cream then I don't see how it could have cracks.

I wouldn't say that your wax is bad. You being in Indonesia means that the temperature is hot especially during summers. Do you store your paste wax indoors or outdoors? If you leave it outside then this could be the cause of your creamy consistency. Try to bring your paste wax indoors, an air-conditioned room or heck even in a refrigerator. (Some people are crazy enough have dedicated wine coolers for waxes) This should help harden your wax and you can probably use it like it was new.

Hi Marc, thanks for responding... i store my wax in my bed room... first when it fall, crack happen, but when i tried to pushed them back with plastic spoon so it can go back to it's original form, then it's begin to melt ... is it okay to put wax in refrigerator ? because i've read somewhere in this forum said that "don't let your product frozen" ... thanks Marc

I think that they're talking about liquids like compounds, polishes and waxes. There are some people that store their paste waxes in the refrigerator.

Is your bedroom air-conditioned 24/7? If it isn't then it's like putting the paste wax in the garage. The ambient temperature is still too high that could cause the wax to melt.

I would first try this... I'm sure you at least turn on your A/C at night while sleeping right? Try putting the paste wax inside the room while you're sleeping and see if the wax hardens the next day... If that doesn't work then try putting the paste wax in the refrigerator until it hardens. Please don't leave the paste wax there indefinitely and also don't put it in the freezer as it might have some adverse effects.
