  • What do do with older waxws

These are the waxes I have:
Cleaner Wax (both consumer and professional lines), Synthetic Sealant-2, Yellow Wax, NXT-2, #16, GC Wax, UW...

The wax I currently use is UW and this is supposed to be the longest lasting wax from Meguiars.

I would still use Cleaner Wax from time to time. What do I do with the other waxes before they expire?

If your not going to used them again you could give them away or sell them. Some people layer their waxes on the car you can do that with 26 yellow wax and GC but, that's if you want to.

I think I will use them for layering.

Cleaner Wax and NXT have cleaning capability so I can use them as first coat. Since UW is longest lasting, I would use UW as 2nd coat. Note that I only do the full 5-step detailing once a year. For the rest of the year, I just do wash and wax.

As for #16, a lot of people said it's very long lasting as well. Not sure how it compares to UW. I will probably use #16 in winter when I'll wax much less frequent.
