    Hello.

I can save money by buying one gallon container of
    #34,#80,#82,#83

How long do these products last before going bad?

    Is there an expiration date?
how about a manufacturing date on any of Meguires products?

I would assume I could get newer chemicals directly from meguire.com.

If I bought some product from a store, how can I tell how old it is? Is there a shelf life, or does Meguire monitor reseller to make sure they dont sell old product, or is this totally not an issue?

Meguiar's products have a shelf life of 3-5 years as long as they don't freeze. For the most part, it's not an issue as I have some products that are very old and still perform normally.

      Hi:

For 80, 82 and 83 the label is a general indicator of age. All the current products (above) have an abrasive scale on the left side of the label. None of the Meguiar's products have a date on them. Note: I believe 81 still uses the old style label, not sure.

Any product with this label should be fine. The products pictured on the Meguiar's web site (meguiars.com) are the current labels.

As long as the product is stored properly you will not have a problem. As Mike said freezing is the only thing that will cause a problem.
