    Wash new Foam applicator pads?

    Hi Guys,

    This is my first post here, I love Meguiars products and taking great care of my car! I'll be posting in the Introduction section shortly.

    I was wondering if you should wash new foam applicator pads or if it's ok to use them right away. I received one in the NXT 2.0 box and it made me wonder. I know you should wash microfiber towels before use but I wasn't sure if it's any different with foam pads.

    If it is safe in a box, I usually dont. If open to the air I do.

      I have never worried. After using the pad I seal it back in the lid of the can and put that plastic seperator back in every time. Just good form and practice. But if open to air or if the pad hits the ground. Into the washer it goes.
