    i did a test spot on red single stage paint today and my pad is covered in red how do i get it off

    I deal with a red SS paint all the time (see avatar). I used to use a pre-treatment with APC, then a soak with Dawn. Lately I found a better way. I soak in an Oxygen cleaner for at least an hour, then scrub lightly with a soft brush. Rinse thoroughly, blot in a towel then hang up to dry. My pads have never been cleaner since new.

        2.0 pads can be washed in the washing machine. I'd pre-rinse first, though.
