Probably any of our rubber & vinyl cleaner and conditioners would work. The key would be to clean the blade really well after use to insure the product didn't leave a smear on the window. I would expect a product like the M40 would work well to clean and re-condition the rubber.
Could be a case of for the price of replacement wipers, it might be easier to just replace them.

Next time you are cleaning your windshield with a glass cleaner spray a little on your rag and wipe it across the blades, it helps recondition them as well.
I always wipe down my wiper blades with a little bit of glass cleaner everytime I clean my windows. I find that this helps to recondition the rubber and removes any "dead" rubber that might have formed on the blade. I have been doing this regularly and my blades have lasted 7 months without any problems!
I think after a year or so, you should replace the blades. If they are starting to warp or crack, no conditioner can bring them back. You usually know when it's time to replace them when they don't clear the winshield as well.
There is no harm in trying to condition your wiper blades. If you start that practice early, it may increase blade life. I just found out recently that GTO wiper blades are unique and must be purchased from GM. So anything that can extend their life is worth a try.
I have used the 303 wiper treatment, and honestly, you are better off buying new wiper blades. Normally when cleaning glass, I, like the others, will spray a little glass cleaner on a cloth and wipe the blades. This does help, but if the blades are pretty rough, I would suggest buying new ones.

I couldn't agree more with Tim. When you start to notice the blades are really deteriorating, the best thing to do is simply buy new ones. An investment in new blades will be well worth the price, especially on that rainy nights when clear vision is a necessity.
I have been using the 303 wiper treatment for a while. I use it about once a month in the winter and every two to three weeks in the summer. For most people I would say it is unnecessary and they are better off replacing their blades. I use it religiously because my wiper blades are $40 each. So far it has kept mine in good condition.

How often do you replace your blades since using the 303? Does it smear at all?
