can you use 105 as a compound and polish beause i just got have only tryed it on a small panel i made and painted that had swirls and a few deep scratches and after i was done it looked perfect i used 82 after just in case but ive read on here it can be used alone is that true if the finsh isnt too bad ? then wax after

If M105 finished LSP ready and you're satisfied with the results then there's no need for extra polishing step and you can just protect the paint with your favorite wax/ sealant.
Most waxes/ sealants have some polishing oils in them anyway.

It really depends on how much it was worked on and after cleaning and inspection it tends to need a little more polishing. Thats why there is 205 but again depends on your satisfaction and how much it was worked in.
When I use 105 its on a Rotary so it tend to still need to follow up with 205.
