water spots & hazing...

What is the best way to remove water spots from my finish? I also had a problem w/swirl marks on one side of my car but, I tried Meguiar's swirl remover and now I have a problem w/hazing. For that I'm going to try Meguiar's "color X" and that should do the trick. Now...after I get done with all of that "What do I do as far as waxing?" Do i wax over the color X? What is a good wax to use? Thanks! Justin.

Which swirl remover did you use? How was it applied?

Also, what car, color, etc? Did the big swirls get removed, and now just hazy?
