  • DA Microfiber Correction Pad

So I used the system for the first time this week. After about half of the SUV I lost the first pad. I was doing two slow passes with moderate pressure and then a few passes with light pressure and increased arm speed with G110v2 on speed 4. The MF part of the pad separated from the maroon cushion. Same thing on the second pad before I finished correction. Was I trapping heat to cause this problem or... ? (I glued the pads back together with liquid nails to finished - ssh don't tell anyone). No problems with the finishing pad.

As an aside - if your using a PC 7424 with LC pads and m105/m205 for mild to moderate correction, go upgrade to this system immediately - http://www.autodetailingsolutions.ne...ction-kit.html. Even with my pad problem, it is unbelievable.

I would suggest you call service dept and they will send you new set of pads. There was some issues with first generation of pads. I received mine within a wk.
