  • Best way to care for original 1940 paint

What are the best products to use to clean, polish & wax my 1940 Chevy Truck with original paint? The truck has always been kept inside, but has been used as a truck for most of it's life

The truck is clean, but the surface is rough and has a lot of imperfections and is dull. I would like to work by hand and get it shining again, but want to keep from damaging the surface as much as possible.

The truck is the dark, Brewster Green with Black Fenders.

Thanks for any help and recommendations you can give.

When you posted a similar question yesterday, I gave you a link to probably the best tutorial that has ever been published on the subject. Was there something in Mike's article you didn't care for, or am I missing something?
