Only if you want to, the 21 will protect the finish fine on its own.

I would apply 21 after the wax.
I usually use Cleaner Wax or NXT as the first coat. If time permits, I will apply 21 as second coat.

#21 is plenty good as is. No wax needed. Every once in a while top it with Ultimate Quick Wax.

Yeah I did a full clay then cleaner wax 3 weeks ago and washed today seems like the wax is almost gone cause it rained heavy there times so I'm going to do 7 then 21 then maybe final inspection or uqd

As long as the wax you'll use to top the 21 has no cleaners, you CAN wax but it is not that necessary. It can add a bit more protection, but won't make the protection last 2 or 3x longer. It can give a slightly different look to your paint. Sealants usually have a bright, glassy look to it so if you're happy with that then skip the wax (carnauba based i assume). If you feel that there's something missing in the look of the m21 or just like to have this "inner peace" by applying a coat of wax to your paint, then apply a coat of wax (m16, M26, or deep crystal).

I actually apply a coat of wax to the sealant/synthetic wax i have in most of my detailing work, just for peace of mind.
